Nobody carries cash anymore. You should still get tipped.

Someone taps your band, pays on their phone, and the money reaches your bank account. No app for them, no account, nothing for you to carry.

Already have a band?

Tap it with your phone and set it up in a minute. No app to install.

Three steps, then you’re done

Tap your band

Every band arrives blank. Tap yours with a phone, tell us your name and email, and it becomes yours — that is the whole signup.

Connect your bank through Stripe

Stripe handles the identity check and holds your details — we never see your bank information. Your band switches on the moment they approve you.

Get tipped

Someone taps your band, picks an amount, and pays. The money goes to your Stripe account and out to your bank on their normal schedule.

What you actually keep

The customer pays exactly the amount they choose — no surprise surcharge at the end, which is what makes people tip less. Our fee comes out of the tip: 9% + 30¢, and card processing comes out of our side of that, not yours.

No monthly fee, no minimum, nothing to pay if nobody tips you.

Questions

Does the customer need an app?

No. They tap your band, a web page opens, they pay with the card or wallet already on their phone. No download, no account, no signup.

When does the money arrive?

Tips land in your Stripe account as they are paid, then Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. You can see every tip on your dashboard as it comes in.

What if I forget my password?

Get in touch and we will sort it out. Automatic password reset is not built yet, so pick something you will remember when you set up your band.

How do I get a band?

Bands come from whoever runs Tipify where you work. Each one is blank until someone taps it, so ask for one and it is yours as soon as you set it up.

Start before your next shift

Ask whoever runs Tipify where you work for a band. Tap it, add your name, connect your bank — that’s the whole thing.
